Join Beyond Leadership, a 10-week program rooted in the belief that anyone and everyone is a leader. This cohort-based experience helps you explore your values, build your leadership skills, and make an impact in our community. The fall semester cohort is designed specifically for first-year students, while the spring semester is open to any undergraduate student looking to build their skills.

Disney Leadership Experience 

Spend your spring break leveling up your leadership skills.
March 31 – April 4, 2025

The Walt Disney World Leadership Experience provides LSU students with an opportunity to further develop their leadership skills through engagement in a leadership program facilitated by Walt Disney World Cast Members. Along with the workshop you will have time to enjoy and explore the parks! This experience will take place at Walt Disney World in Florida.

Gain practical leadership skills alongside other students through workshops and hands-on opportunities in this transformative program. The cohort is limited to 18 exceptional students who have earned at least 60 academic credit hours.
